Traffex is the UK’s largest dedicated traffic management, transport and parking event and is celebrating its 36th year in 2022. It begins today (14th June) at the NEC Birmingham and runs until Thursday (16th June) and the OCL Regeneration team will be making plenty of noise about new techniques and solutions to reduce carbon footprints in your construction jobs while there.
As the Government looks towards the infrastructure sector to help get the country moving again, OCL Regeneration is ready to take up the challenge and deliver carbon-saving alternatives to traditional methods of resurfacing roads, pathways, cycle routes, car parks, even airport taxiways.
Across the event we’ll be speaking to private and public sector prospects and clients, and partners that help us deliver our carbon neutral solutions, plus there will be a number of speaking events we’d love you to join us for.
Our Managing Director and Founder, Stuart Gready will be speaking at the following sessions:
Wednesday 15th June / 12pm – 12:20pm
In this short live discussion, Stuart joins Edward Godsiffe, Head of Sustainability at our partner’s Milestone Infrastructure to discuss the story of our Micheldever Recycling Facility, and how to opitmise recycling in construction and maintenance programmes.
Thursday 16th June / 1pm – 1:40pm
Stuart takes part in a panel discussion featuring Paul Boss, the Road Surface Treatments Association (RSTA), Lyle Andrew of the Institute of Asphalt Technology, and Brian Kent of Tarmac. The panel assembled will discuss the materials for road construction and maintenance and you’ll be able to hear how we deliver up to 50% lower carbon emissions from our solutions than many of our rivals.
We look forward to seeing you there!
Team OCL Regeneration.
